DUTIES & CUSTOMS
Please note international customers (outside of Canada) are responsible for any import duties and taxes that are applicable to their country. We indicate the item is used and declare the purchase cost minus the shipping. Every item shipped will originate from Canada. Items shipped within Canada will be charged HST only. Items made of exotic materials cannot be shipped outside Canada.

POSHBAG BOUTIQUE is a global business with inventory held worldwide. Inventory held in our Canadian (Toronto) warehouse will be shipped next day. Depending upon where you live In Canada expect to receive your order in 1 - 7 business days.
Inventory held in our International warehouse will be shipped to our Toronto warehouse, packed and shipped. Depending upon where you live in Canada expect to receive your order in 5 - 10 business days. Shipping is detailed on every product page like below:

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number with details on how you can track your order online.
Due to the value of our items a signature will be required at time of delivery.
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! That's why we have an easy, no hassle, worry free return policy!
We accept Canadian returns as long as the following process is observed:
• An email request must be sent to email@example.com within 2 business days of receipt (tracking number will be proof of receipt). A return shipping label will be provided.
• Security tag must be intact and attached when returning item. Removal of tag voids return.
• Ship item back to POSHBAG BOUTIQUE with the pre-paid return shipping label we provide you within 5 days of receipt.
• Shipping fees both ways will be deducted from the final return. ($15 each way)
• Product must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, straps, etc.) received with the order.
• Please ensure item is packaged and protected. If not in the same condition as when purchased it will affect the refund value.
• Once received and reviewed, refund (minus shipping fees) will be issued to the same form of payment which was originally used to make the purchase.
