Shipping & Returns
Canadian customers
Shipping is free for all orders within Canada. We use Canada Post as the postal operator for Canadian orders.
We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days. Once processed, we generally ship them on the following business day. Canadian customers can typically expect their orders to arrive within 1-5 business days from the postage date.
All orders must be signed for upon delivery. If you won't be available at the time of delivery, we suggest choosing the option "deliver to post office" as your preferred delivery method on the Canada Post website. This option is available upon clicking on the tracking link in your shipping notification email. Otherwise, Canada Post will leave an 'attempted delivery' card with the pick up location for your package.
We accept returns on regular-priced Canadian orders. However, orders purchased with a discount code cannot be returned.
To return regular-priced items, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your delivery to initiate the return process. In your email, please include your order number. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label so that you can send the order back to us within 5 business days. Once we receive the return, we will refund you in full to your original form of payment, deducting a shipping fee ($50 CAD) from the final return amount.
Please make sure to return items with all their original tags, packaging, and any applicable accessories (such as dust bags or straps) that were included with the order. It's important to package the item carefully and provide adequate protection. Please note that if items are not returned in the same condition as when purchased, additional fees may apply.
American customers
Shipping is free for all orders to America. We use the United Parcel Service (UPS) as the postal operator for American orders.
We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days. Once processed, we generally ship them on the following business day. American customers can typically expect their orders to arrive within 5-7 business days from the postage date.
All orders must be signed for upon delivery.
American customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes that are applicable to their country. On the shipping label, we indicate that the item is used, and declare the purchase cost minus the cost of shipping.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for orders placed in the United States.
International customers
Shipping for international orders is not free, and the specific shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at the checkout. Typically, we rely on the United Parcel Service (UPS) as the postal operator for international orders.
We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days. Once processed, we generally ship them on the following business day. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date for international orders.
