Refund policy

Shopping with us is worry-free thanks to our easy, hassle-free return policy. We accept returns as long as the following process is observed:

Canadian Orders

We accept returns on regular-priced Canadian orders. However, orders purchased with a discount code cannot be returned. Please note that all Hermes Birkin and/or Kelly products are final sale and cannot be returned. 

To return regular-priced items, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your delivery to initiate the return process. In your email, please include your order number. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label so that you can send the order back to us within 5 business days. Once we receive the return, we will refund you in full to your original form of payment, deducting a shipping fee ($50 CAD) from the final return amount.

Please make sure to return items with all their original tags, packaging, and any applicable accessories (such as dust bags or straps) that were included with the order. It's important to package the item carefully and provide adequate protection. Please note that if items are not returned in the same condition as when purchased, additional fees may apply.

U.S. and International Orders

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for both U.S. and international orders. All U.S. and international orders are considered final sale.

Layaway

For layaway orders, you can exchange the item or receive store credit. If you decide to return the item, a return fee of 10% of the order total will be deducted. To initiate the return process, simply send us an email within 2 business days of receiving the item, and we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send the bag back to us.
